Hi Mak,

Thanks for this, I've applied the patch to my 520VB1 test system and 
added an email. From the users' perspective it is the same, they do not 
see the message in the CRM but the extension reports that the addition 
worked successfully.

In the database, the record looks "almost" right, but is has a prefix in 
the idlists field which I don't think should be there: 4x22 at 78|

When saving the same message to the same contact, using the same TB3 
extension version on my 510 test system, the 4x is not recorded in the 
database.
