[Vtigercrm-developers] How to add a customized menu item(not existing module) to the top menu bar

Hi All,

Could you please tell me how to add my own menu item link to the top 
menu bar of vTiger.

I've add new module links to the menu bar, while how to do with other 
types, such as other sites/my own functions?
