Hi Bruno,

The Buttons you are talking about are not hardcoded, you can change the
button label from /include/language/en_us.lang.php file.

Search for the string LBL_SAVE_BUTTON_LABEL and LBL_CANCEL_BUTTON_LABEL

Change these strings as they are handling save and cancel button through the
vtigercrm.
