[Vtigercrm-developers] Unable to create users

Hi,
   I am sorry for replying late. To create new user filled all mandatory fields, after clicking on submit there is no response from the page, also no errors at the end. This situations create a big question, now its hangup situation. Please guide for troubleshoot this situation.
