[Vtigercrm-developers] Big issues in the customer portal

Hi,

I have a big problem in the customer portal. When a client uses "close ths
ticket", all the accents in the ticket (title, description, comments..) has
changed in the html code such as é = &eacute; .....

How can I fix that ?
