[Vtigercrm-developers] Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated

Hi Mike,

It will be better to cross check your phpinfo page whether the
php.inichanges affected properly and make sure you have restarted you
webserver(apache) after the php.ini changes. If not please restart your
apache and try again.
