Update the following in vtigercrm\config.inc.php

$PORTAL_URL = 'http://vtiger.com/customerportal';
$HELPDESK_SUPPORT_EMAIL_ID = 'emailid at company.com';
$HELPDESK_SUPPORT_NAME = 'your-support name'
