[Vtigercrm-developers] Created invoices vanishing. Urgent

Hi.
I have a vtiger install that has suddenly start doing strange things ..
When you create an invoice , and save is the next screen only displays
the delivery address and the items that have been invoiced, all the rest of
the rest of the information is blank no invoice number etc ... and then
once you move back to the invoices list it disappears completely ..

How do I fix this . ?
