Hi David,

You will need to start the AsteriskClient manager present in vtiger CRM
under cron/modules/PBXManager.

Please refer to the documentation for more details and let us know if we are
missing any:

Asterisk feature cannot be tested on the http://en.vtiger.com/wip server.
