Hi Scott Brown,

htmlentities — Convert all applicable characters to HTML entities

It supports only limited charset, look at the charset that is supported on
this page: http://in2.php.net/htmlentities

The dectected email charset is 'ANSI_X3.4-1968' which is not supported vy
htmlentities,
so it is falling back on the default charset.

Thank you for highlighting this issue, we will make a note of it and fix it
after making futher analysis.
