[Vtigercrm-developers] RFC: password recovery/reset tool

Hi folks,

I just had to recover my admin password manually. This was quite
complicated - had to try out several things I found on the web,
until I got it.

So, IMHO, we should add an little command line tool for that.
I do not yet know how the password is actually encoded/stored,
otherwise already would have done it.
