ooups! Means that you have either probs with your database or your global
mysql/php/apache settings. I'll forward a beta versin of the current 
installation guide to you in a seperate mail. Please check the settings
shown in there. You may also watch your mySQL log if there''s any connection
recorded and if it runs into errors.

The fixes are at least in r9512. 
However they address problems encountered in step 5 ...
