Sorry I may have been a little out of line, I just get frustrated
sometimes having to redo work because of people not paying attentions
to my requests for changes.

Regardless of the tone of my request, there is no reason to every make
changes (other then adding new tags) to anything in the tags folder
and as such making it readonly is probably a good idea.
