[Vtigercrm-developers] MySQL Migration Tool

I just discovered on my computer the MySQL Migration
Tool, 1.1.4 rc.

This looks like a framework for doing database
transforms, like vTiger 4.2.3 to 5, or Sugar 4.x to
4.2.3 or 5.

This might be a more supportable way to deliver the
data migrations we need.
