[Vtigercrm-developers] Configuring Database Fields

How do I customize customer information fields (if that's what you call
them)?
I would really like to be able to capture custom data that does not come
standard with vtiger.

Is there an interface to edit this information? Or does it require editing
mysql etc....

For example, in Zope/Plone adding new fields is a matter of editing a
schema.
