[Vtigercrm-developers] [Fwd: Regarding Patch 4 Rlease]

Yea I wanted to start breaking this down into sub-patches with diffs and
then send those to the list, from there we can check them in one-by-one
with the proper comments.  I thought I would post it anyways so other
people can start reviewing it.
