Right. If there is a change in the repository source code, then it is the
.y in vtigercrm-w.x.y that gets incremented. .z is omitted.

We would only use .z if something went wrong between svn export and the
posting of the .tar.gz and .zip files. This includes:

 - corrupt files on disk (but correct in repository)
 - incorrect executable permissions
 - inappropriate line endings
 - etc.
