Yes Frank. Your understanding is correct. 
The issues moved are some that we will not be able to do justice to and 
will have to wait for proper solutions. 
 
If we do start fixing them, I fear we will never be able to release the product. 
I had to make the call somewhere. So, we decided to move some of them to 
the next milestone.

Basically that means that these known bugs will not be fixed for the 5.0 GA.
That is fine with me as long it does not generate with users not involved in
the development, but it does. That means the v5.0 GA will be buggy by
definition and every user who finds a bug needs to find out also whether
this is a bug of the v5.0 GA or a bug suppose to be fixed at v5.0.1. That is
hard to sell!
