[Vtigercrm-developers] 4.2.4 branched

OK, the branches have been merged.

Per the longwinded changeset log, there will surely be breakage and some
rapid integration work needed to support both postgresql and mysql for the
end user.

When this is done, we should delete
vtigercrm/branches/4.2_postgresql_integration and close tickets #62 and
#17.

Thanks for all the postgresql support. I encourage Richie and his team to
review this changeset and apply relevant portions and lessons to
vtigercrm/trunk ASAP.
