 Hi Alan

 In the first patch  before the value is returning from the
 getDisplayValue() api , It should  convert into user preferred time
 format.

 and in the second patch as we sending the Date and time in the Database
 format for fullcalender , There is no usage of $dateTimeComponents[2] ,as
 it is always be empty.
