 I've already tried the fix listed at http://trac.vtiger.com/cgi-
 bin/trac.cgi/ticket/8449 and it makes no difference.  Any calendar
 appointment created will show up as scheduled during AM hours.  This
 renders the entire calendar function unusable.  This issue was not present
 in 6.1.  The time is stored correctly in the database.
