Comment:

 Hi,

 We have tested this issue on current vtiger 6.2 where we are not able to
 reproduce the issue.

 From settings page of DOCX Creator, deletion of docx record is carried out
 smooth, the record is deleted from the list.

 Please check the console if any error is thrown in specific with deletion
 of record.
