 added any workflow task to update a field.Please check it.

 > This issue is caused by the DEFAULT "Calculate or Update forecast
 amount" workflow. Once it is disabled the issue clears. To disable the
 workflow click the Edit button for the module, click next, click next,
 uncheck the active checkbox, then click finish.

 Are there any implications by deactivating this workflow?
