 Steps to reproduce :
 * Create a  custom time field  for contact
 * add a new contact
 * In the Detail view of the  contact try Ajax edit of new custom time
 field,The time  field don't show the menu of hour on the first click, only
 if reload the page the menu unlocks. But the field work correctly in
 custom module.
