Comment:

 yup, broken in 6.2 as well, the required version of php is 5.5 and the
 bundle includes 5.3.10
 If there is to be a bundle for Vtiger 6.3.0 it would be good if it just
 worked out of the box on a fresh windows installation, otherwise don't
 bother and just ship the source code and tell people to install their own
 apache/php. It isn't that important to have the all in one package, but if
 it is to exist it should work.
