New description:

Using the wordplugin with IE7 creates a couple of problems not known from
IE6. IE7 let you not install the ActiveX because it does not accept the
vtiger certificate. So you need to add the vtiger certificate to your list
of trustworthy certificates before you can start the activeX installation.
That must be explained in the installation manual, otherwise average users
will not know how to do it. In addition, the vtiger certificate does not
look very well. Users may reject this certificate because they do not know
where it comes from. Please include basic information such as email
address or better get a trustworthy certificate.
Further, I did not get the activeX function to work properly with IE7.
