 Hi barra,

 The  every individual contact has only one customer Portal account,if we
 change the contact primary email id after creating the portal,It wont
 affect on Portal Login .Just the older email id act as a user name to
 login to portal. You will lose the login credentials only once if you
 disable the portal from CRM.
