 Hi,
 in localhost there is no issue regarding to the footer,

 But when crm is hosted on a DOMAIN then footer is lift up for a second
 while page load in every pages

 to reproduce this issue :
 * NOTE- view pages in "FULL SCREEN" mode
 navigate from one module to another (for e.g. organizations to calendar )
