 Email Templates is still same issue, Not Supporting CSS inside
 <style></style>. In previous version 5.4 its working. When I add html code
 in CKE Editor which has embedded css, after saving all CSS is stripped.

 This is very critical, as its not easy designing templates insidevtoger,
 we do outside and then copy paste.
