 The current Audit Trail is at the record level, so we can't have audit
 info like deleted records, or actions that are done at the module level,
 like check duplicates [and the subsequently merged or deleted], Import
 data and especially when records are deleted unintentially [merge or
 overwrite].  We found it lacking also, when  we were designing a new
 module that need some extra data handling [allocation, etc] and there is
 no place where we can keep log of these actions at module level.

 Pls consider.
