 We are using vtiger 6.1. When associating a Trouble Ticket to a Service
 Contract the Used Units will reset to 0. We tried setting the Tracking
 Unit with every available field. Can you tell us how to solve?

 Cause of issue

 I found a little bug and the very cause of the malfunctioning of the
 tracking units system. We translated “Hours” to “Ore” (“hours” in
 italian), “Days” to “giorni” and “Incidents” to “Interventi”. With the
 translated picking list elements the system DOES NOT WORK at all!
