 Hi Guys,

 I've recently installed v6.1.0 via a Softaculous installer. All seems to
 have set up fine. I have been able to login and configure the system like
 a dream, apart from one fundamental issue...I cannot create new users.

 It allows me to fill in the new user fields and click save, at which point
 it throws me back to the Home page.

 When I go back into Manage Users, the new user I just created is not
 there.

 Any suggestions as to what could be causing this and how I can fix would
 be appreciated.
