 When we create any email from the specific contact it should take primary
 email ID as default and we should be able to send it to other if required.

 Under Email campaign also it shows a complete list of contact / lead /
 account but when we try to send email we need to input email ID Manually.
 Then there will not be any use of email campaign list.
