 * status:  reopened => closed

Comment:

 Modified time will not be updated in iPhone app if the record is not
 synced with vtiger, it might be issue with phone network.

 Records that are synced with vtiger will definitely have latest modified
 time and records that are created/updated offline in iPhone app and not
 synced with vtiger will not have latest modified time/created time.

 If any Record/Comment modified time is not updated in iPhone app means
 record is not synced with Vtiger CRM.
