Comment:

 this bug is still not fixed in version 6.2.0
 the first point (hardcoding) is fixed,
 but the LBL_NO is still used for the boolean 'No' (the opposite of 'Yes')
 and for 'No' meaning None in "No ... found".

 As stated by hhokawa, it troubled the first impression that I got from
 vtigercrm :-(

 As solution I have added a new label 'LBL_EQ_ZERO' for the meaning of 'No'
 = 'None' (because the code context is always 'if eq 0')
 I replaced all relevant source files and added the label to all vtiger.php
 language files.
 (may be some translaters should review the languages other then english,
 german and french).

 contains 14 vtiger.php language files and 14 *.tpl code files.
