 In forgotPassword.php around line 48 the mail for a forgotton password is
 hard coded with a from address of support at vtiger.com
 This means that if you are using Amazon SMTP (or any other server that is
 a bit strict about from addresses) for your outgoing mail server you get a
 mail server not configure error reported, and in the log you get:
