 Fresh install of vTiger 6.2
 Ubuntu 14.04
 PHP 5.5.12-2ubuntu4.3
 MySQL 5.6.19

 It is possible to merge records in a module even though the merge
 permission has been disabled for a profile.

 To replicate the bug. User account > user1
 User’s role > Sales Person
 Sales Person's privileges > Sales Profile
 Sales Profile > Contacts module > DuplicatedHandling is enabled, Merge is
 disabled.

 Yet I can successfully merge records in the Contacts module by using Find
 Duplicates function in the Action menu of the Contacts module.

 The bug has been replicated in the open source and on demand versions.
