 It seems that any time I try to save something whether created or editing
 getting the deadlock error.  It seems to happen on tickets, adding
 contacts, pretty much adding any record.

 I thought it might have been workflow related, but went in and deleted any
 workflows I created, and updated all of the existing workflows and no
 change.

 Was originally a 5.4 install, migrated to 6.0, then migrate to 6.1
