 Biedong,

 I reviewed your query results the contents of
 com_vtiger_workflowtask_queue are correct as expected.

 Have you setup outgoing server within CRM?? and is openssl enabled for
 your PHP??

 Also can enable error_reporting and executing vtigercron.sh and check if
 there any errors.
