 Tried to reproduce this in 6.1.0Ea taken from
 http://trac.vtiger.com/svn/vtiger/vtigercrm/branches/6.1.0/

 Was not able to reproduce it.Please can you provide the details of as to
 on what module the webform failed and what were the fields used while
 building up the webform and was it captcha enabled or not.It worked well
 on both captcha-enabled and disabled.
