 Rishad,

 I came right with this issue. It's particular to Zimbra, the mail that we
 use.

 I tested with my Gmail account and it work and that gave me the clue. For
 those that have a Zimbra server, please make sure your Email Users'
 Features for IMAP is enabled.

 In our case, my External IMAP feature was enabled but not my Internal one,
 which caused vTiger to fail.
