 In Summary view, the timepicker, when edited, shows a list of steps that
 can be chosen - by default in 30min intervals.

 In DetailView, when editing the Timepicker element, it does *not* show the
 Interval list and just accepts keyboard input.

 In EditView, the timepicker goes back to showing the Intervals...
