 It's true. That comma must be remove. The copy/past is evil ;-)

 In my version there is no problem when i save the webform.

 Perhaps, your error come from other side of the platform. Was this issue
 tested in a 6.1.0 clean installation?

 In my tests, i used an admin user to create the webform.
