 I installed a fresh vtiger 6.1.0 installation which I downloaded from
 https://www.vtiger.com/open-source-downloads/
 No problems with installation. However if I change the default language
 (which is en_US) to Duch (nl_nl) I will get following problems:
 1. the menubuttoms on the right (profile, crmsettings,
 themeroller,feedback) disappears.
 2. the menubuttoms (which are translate to the selected languages) are
 blocked, or sometimes I get a http error - page not found
 3.the 'all'buttom could not be found
