 The Weekly and Daily calendar views have the date columns written in
 American, e.g. "Mon 3/24".

 In the UK we would write "Mon 24/3"

 This is hardcoded in libraries/fullcalendar/fullcalendar.js around line 53
 (and fullcalendar-min.js but this one is never loaded from what I can
 tell).

 This should be formatted to the user's preferences.
