Comment:

 hi, i just checked this but i can perfectly edit filters in 6.0.0 (checked
 as admin and user as well)
 Have you noticed, that when selecting a filter it will be blue underlinde
 on mouseover? (By the way: saving an advanced search creates a filter)

 When the user is owner of the hovered filter (or admin user) then a white
 pencil symbol will appear within the blue highlighting (right side, left
 from the litter symbol).
 You just need to click the pencil symbol an it works fine.

 Checked it for Organization and Opportunities Module.
