 When looking at the Calendar List View, the Related To column shows the
 organisation or lead this task is related to.  When clicking on the
 Related To name, it opens the data as a Ticket instead of an Organisation
 or Lead.

 To test it further, I disabled the Tickets module and tried again.  This
 time the Related To link opens in the Opportunity View.

 When looking at the task details however the Related To field is properly
 configured as an Organisation or Lead.
