Comment (by uma):

 This issue is arising because, While creating reference record for a
 module while import.
 createEntityRecord api of Data.php(modules/Import/actions) is hit. Where
 we need to modify this api to update vtiger_crmentity label column. As
 createRecords api which will handle for parent module. we will update
 chainset soon for fix.
