 No possibility to change menu without modifying system files. To change
 the menu or you can modify the following files:

 modules/Vtiger/views/Basic.php
 layouts/vlayout/modules/Vtiger/MenuBar.tpl
 modules/Users/views/PreferenceDetail.php
 modules/Users/views/PreferenceEdit.php
 }}}

 Proposes to separate menu from the main file to a separate folder where
 you can add other menu. Or create a new menu module. In the configuration
 menu to add the ability to change whether a default menu or new.
