 A small test,
 when the Subject is "Re: TT4885 (ID:28374) - Nová požiadavka - TEST"
 the mail source shows it as
 Re: TT4885 (ID:28374) - =?UTF-8?B?Tm92w6EgcG/FvmlhZGF2a2EgLSBURVM=?=
 =?UTF-8?B?VA==?=

 But when imap fetches the subject header it is encoded as,
 ?WINDOWS-1252?Q?Re:_TT4885_(ID:28374)_-_Nov=E1_po=9Eiadavka_-_TEST?=
